Seasonal tune-ups that catch small problems before a 110° week turns them into big ones.
Most summer breakdowns we see were preventable. A spring and fall tune-up keeps your system efficient, extends its life, and gives you a heads-up on parts that are wearing out - before the heat wave, not during it.
A tune-up is cheap insurance against a 110-degree afternoon with no cooling. We clean the condenser and evaporator coils so the system can actually shed heat, check refrigerant charge, tighten and inspect electrical connections, and test the capacitor and contactor, the parts most likely to fail under desert load. Small problems get caught while they are still small.
Every visit ends with a written condition report: what we checked, what we found, and what is starting to wear. No scare tactics and no surprise upsells, just an honest picture so you can plan repairs on your schedule instead of during an emergency. Maintenance-plan members get priority scheduling when the heat waves hit.
